A guy is standing in his driveway looking at water coming out from under the garage door. He's on his phone.
He's giving your site about eight seconds.
He needs to see that you do this, that you do it where he lives, and how to call you. Everything past those three things is a bonus. A good-looking site that buries the phone number loses to a plain one that doesn't.

AFTER LAUNCH
The website is the start, not the finish.
A great site brings people in. What keeps them coming is the work that happens every month after launch: getting found on Google and steady reviews that win the next customer. That's Monthly Marketing, and most clients add it once the site is live.
$750/month
Reviews + Getting Found on Google. Month to month, no contract.

GOOD TO KNOW
On photos
If you don't have good photos of your work, I'll tell you. I can design around it, I can give you a short list of shots to take on your phone, or you can bring in a photographer. What I won't do is put AI-generated pictures of jobs you didn't do on your website. A homeowner choosing you because of a roof that doesn't exist isn't a customer you want, and it isn't a business I want to build. I do use AI for the parts where it earns its place: backgrounds, textures, and design work built around your brand. That's part of why this costs $2,500 and takes days instead of $6,000 and three months.
Why not $99 a month
There are website plans around here for $99 a month. They're rented templates. You don't own the site, you can't take it with you, and you'll pay more than $2,500 inside of three years. This one is yours the day it launches.
Why two rounds and not unlimited
Some shops advertise unlimited revisions. Unlimited revisions means the project never ends, and a site that never launches has never earned anybody a dollar. Two rounds, clearly defined, and it goes live.
