A rank map of your service area, run before we start and every two weeks after. Green where you're in the top three, white where you're not. That's your report, and it's the whole point. You'll know if this is working.
Somebody searches "water heater repair Bentonville." A panel comes up with hours, service area, photos and reviews. They read that, they hit call, and they never load a website at all. This is the work people usually mean when they say local SEO. That panel is doing a lot of selling for you, and most owners haven't touched it since the day somebody set it up. Getting found is the work of making that panel accurate, complete, and ahead of the shop down the road.
Most people never load your website. They decide from the search result.

- Additional service pages beyond your existing site. Most businesses here don't need them. If the rank map is still stuck after 8 to 10 weeks, that means your category is more competitive than usual, and I'll quote a content build then. I'd rather tell you that at week 10 than sell it to you now.
What about ChatGPT and AI search?
There's no way to submit a business to ChatGPT or Perplexity. Nobody has that, whatever they tell you, and if somebody claims a direct feed, ask them for the documentation.
What those systems actually read is the open web: Google, Bing, Yelp, Apple Maps, review sites, and what's on your own pages. So the work is the same work. Get your details consistent everywhere, get your reviews up, and make your site say plainly what you do and where.
One thing most local businesses here haven't done: claimed their Bing profile. ChatGPT runs on Bing's web index, so a business that ranks well in Bing is more likely to turn up when somebody asks an AI who to call. It takes ten minutes and almost nobody bothers.

This is the slow one. It takes about 90 days before you see movement, and I'd rather tell you that now than in month two. It's also why it's paired with Review Management. Reviews move faster, and they move local rankings, so the two together do more than either one alone.

Can I get this on its own?
Yes. Getting Found is $650 a month by itself. Most people pair it with Review Management because they share the same Google work and it's $750 for both. But if getting found is genuinely all you need, that's a real option.
Why does it take 90 days?
Local search rankings move slowly by design, Google watches for consistent, real activity over time. Anyone promising instant rankings is either guessing or gaming it, and gamed rankings don't last.
