Getting found in local search takes about 90 days to move. Reviews come faster. That's why they're bundled: you see reviews building while the search work takes hold. I'd rather tell you the 90-day part now than in month two.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Everything is month to month. If it's not working, you stop.
Can I just get one of the two?
Yes. Reviews is $400 a month on its own, and Getting Found on Google is $650. Together they're $750, so the pair costs less than buying one of each. Most people take both because they run on the same Google work, but if you only need one, that's a real option.
Are rankings guaranteed?
No, and anyone who guarantees a Google ranking isn't being honest. What I guarantee is the work gets done every month and you see the report.
