Scope & Terms: Local Services

Last updated September 24, 2026.

These terms cover the local services inHaus & Co. sells to Northwest Arkansas businesses: Website, Website Care, Monthly Marketing, Review Management, Getting Found, Monthly Campaigns, Past Customer Campaign and Ad Management. They are written to be read, not skimmed. If something here isn't clear, ask me before you sign up.

The agreement

This is an agreement between you, the business named at checkout, and inHaus & Co. LLC, based in Rogers, Arkansas, and run by Hannah Craigen. You accept these terms by ticking the box at checkout, or by signing a proposal that links to them. Ad Management is never bought at checkout; for ad work, you accept these terms by confirming in writing, by email or signed proposal, after our call. They apply to every service in your order and to any service you add later, unless a written proposal says otherwise.

The answers you give at checkout, like your jobs a month, typical job value, customer list size and website access, are part of how I decide what fits. I rely on them, and I review them with you at the kickoff call.

Ad Management setup and monthly feeAfter a call, never at checkout
  • Your card is saved at checkout, even when nothing is due that night, and used for the charges above on the dates above.
  • Monthly services are month to month. No contract, no setup fees. Prices on an existing service are not raised while you keep it.
  • Website Care is required with any website I build. A site I built is a site I maintain.
  • Ad spend is separate. You pay Google or Meta directly on your own card. It never goes through an inHaus invoice.
  • Prices are the ones published on the pricing page on the day you order.

Refunds

If you change your mind. Anything you've paid is fully refundable until the kickoff call. After that call work has started, so it isn't. That applies to the website deposit and to any project paid up front.

If I decide I'm not the right fit. A full refund of anything paid for work I haven't delivered, whenever I work that out. If I can't do work worth what you're paying, I'm not keeping your money for finding out late.

Monthly fees already charged for a month that has started are not refunded. Cancel before the next billing date and no further monthly charges are made.

The kickoff call

Nothing starts until we've had a kickoff call. On that call I review your order and your checkout answers with you, and confirm I can deliver what you bought. I'll reach out within two business days of your order to set it up if you haven't booked it yet.

If the kickoff shows a mismatch, like a customer list much smaller than you said, or no access to your website or Google profile, we adjust the order or I refund it under the policy above. No monthly service is billed until I confirm the work can begin.

What each service includes

Website: $2,500, then $200 a month

  • Included: a site built around the questions your customers ask, with a way to call you that works on a phone. Hosting, security and backups through Website Care.
  • Revisions: two rounds. Round one is layout and structure; round two is content and copy. A third round is new work and is quoted.
  • Not included: new pages after round two, logo design, photography, an online store, booking beyond a standard contact form, or buying or renewing your domain.
  • Photos: I never use stock or AI-made images to show your work, crew, jobsites or finished projects. If you don't have photos, we'll plan a shoot, a phone-photo list, or a design that doesn't depend on them.

Website Care: $200 a month, or $150 with Monthly Marketing

  • Included: hosting, security, backups, and two small changes a month. Hosting is the server your site runs on. Your domain is its address, which you own and renew yourself; if the domain lapses, the site goes down even though hosting is paid.
  • Not included: unlimited changes. Unused changes don't roll over. A third change in a month is quoted or waits for the next month.
  • Only on sites I built. I don't take over hosting for a site built elsewhere.

Monthly Marketing: $750 a month

Review Management and Getting Found together, because both run on the same Google Business Profile work.

Review Management: $400 a month

  • Included: a review request sent after every job, monitoring on Google and Facebook, a drafted response to every review, and your best reviews shown on your site.
  • Every customer gets the request, not only the happy ones.

Getting Found: $650 a month

  • Included: a rank map at the start and every two weeks; your Google Business Profile audited and built out; profile details kept complete; your site's key page aligned to your profile; business listings kept consistent; one to two local links a month that meet my quality standard; weekly profile posts; a monthly report.
  • Timing: about 90 days before results show.
  • Not included: a separate page for every service you offer. If the rank map shows you need that, it's quoted separately.

Monthly Campaigns: $400 a month, or $250 with Monthly Marketing

  • Included: one email and text campaign a month to your customers and past leads. You approve the offer; I handle list cleanup, sending, opt-outs and appointment booking.
  • Not included: more than one campaign a month, which is quoted.

Past Customer Campaign: $1,000 one time

  • Included: your list cleaned up, an offer written with you, a two to three week email and text campaign, and appointments booked.
  • Not included: a repeat run on the same list within 12 months.

Ad Management: $650 setup, then $450 a month

  • Pricing: $350 setup and $250 a month for a second platform. Above $3,000 a month in combined ad spend, the monthly fee is 15 percent of combined spend, replacing the flat fees.
  • Included: campaigns built around what people here search, filtering for wasted clicks, and a monthly report on how many people called.
  • Minimum spend: $1,500 a month, or $2,000 for HVAC, plumbing, roofing and electrical. I decline ad work below that rather than underfund it.
  • Not included: landing pages (quoted as website work), photography or video, or an account other people are also editing.
  • The first 30 days are a learning period. Pausing your ad spend doesn't pause the management fee; to stop the fee, cancel before the next billing date.

What I need from you

The work depends on a few things only you can provide. When one is missing, the related work waits, and waiting does not pause monthly billing once it has started.

  • Access: your website and Google Business Profile, as each service needs. Your domain is bought by you, in your business's name, at a registrar like GoDaddy, and kept renewed by you; you give me access to manage it. If it lapses, your site goes down until it's renewed. For ads, your Google or Meta ad account with billing on your own card, and access to your site and phone system for call tracking.
  • Customer information after each job, for Review Management: at least a name and a phone number or email.
  • Your own customer list, for campaigns. It must be people who did business with you or asked to hear from you. I don't run bought, rented or scraped lists.
  • Permission to contact that list. You confirm the people on it gave you their contact information and can lawfully receive email and text from your business. Texts go out from a number registered for your business, and every message honors opt-outs.
  • Accurate checkout answers. If something you told me at checkout turns out to be different, tell me; it may change what fits.
  • Photos and facts about your work, since I won't invent either.

Communication

  • Response window: within two business days, Monday through Thursday.
  • Changes and requests go through email or the channel we agree on at kickoff, so there's a record.
  • Project contact: I reach you about your project and appointments by email and phone.

What I don't promise

I don't guarantee rankings, positions, review counts, lead volume, cost per lead, or revenue. Search results, ad platforms and customers are outside anyone's control. What I promise is the work described above, done well and on the timeline stated.

Who owns what

You own your domain, your content, your photos, your customer lists and your Google Business Profile. You own the website I build for you once it's paid in full. The tools and systems I use to deliver the work are mine and are not transferred.

Cancelling and ending the work

  • Monthly services: cancel anytime before the next billing date. No further monthly charges are made, and nothing already charged for a started month is refunded.
  • Website Care: cancelling it means I stop hosting and maintaining the site. Once the site is paid in full, I transfer it to an account you control, or give you a complete export of its files, at no charge. Your domain was always yours, so nothing about it needs transferring. Help beyond that handoff, like setting up new hosting, is quoted.
  • If I end the work, I give you written notice and refund anything paid for work not delivered, under the refund policy above.

Late or failed payments

If a scheduled charge fails, I'll let you know and retry it. If it's still unpaid 7 days after it was due, work pauses, including ad management and campaign sends, until it's paid. Work resumes within two business days of payment. If a charge is still unpaid after 30 days, I may end the services.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the total liability of inHaus & Co. LLC for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid or owe for those services in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Arkansas.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown at the top. An existing monthly service keeps the terms it was bought under until you cancel it or we agree otherwise in writing.
