I am Hannah. I do web design and local marketing for Rogers and Northwest Arkansas service businesses, built around how your business actually runs, built around how your business actually runs.
I have spent years running the operations behind small businesses: the systems, the follow-up, the parts that actually determine whether a lead becomes a customer. Most agencies stop at making it look good. I build your website and your online presence around how your business actually works: who answers, what happens to a form at nine at night, and where customers currently fall through the cracks.
I kept seeing the same thing. Great local businesses, excellent at the work, completely invisible online. They were losing customers to competitors with worse service and better websites. I started inHaus to fix that for the businesses in my own community.

We're not from Northwest Arkansas originally. We came here, and the way this place shows up for its small businesses won us over. Now we're raising our kids here. I've worked hand in hand with business owners all across NWA, and I've been part of the tears and the wins. This is home now, and I'd rather see the people in my community win than win myself.
