Website: $2,500, then $200 a month
What the $200 covers
Website Care is $200 a month. It covers hosting, security, backups, and two small changes a month, like a photo swap or new business hours. Unused changes don't roll over. New pages, layout changes, and new features are quoted separately. Website Care begins at launch.
Website Care is $200 a month and comes with every site I build. A site I built is a site I maintain. If you'd rather host it elsewhere, cancel and I hand it over.
Website Care is $200 a month on its own. It's $150 a month when you add Monthly Marketing, and it's included in Everything Monthly.
You own the website I build for you once it's paid in full.

Review Management
- A review request goes out after every job. Every customer gets it, not only the happy ones.
- I monitor Google and Facebook, and draft a response to every review.
- Your best reviews show on your website.
Getting Found
- A rank map at the start and every two weeks, so you can see where you stand.
- Your Google Business Profile audited and built out, with details kept complete.
- Your site's key page lined up with your profile, and business listings kept consistent.
- One to two local links a month, each checked so it actually counts.
- Weekly profile posts and a monthly report.
Individual service pages and city pages aren't included. If your site needs them, I quote them.
Local search takes about 90 days to show results. The rank map is how you'll see progress before then.
Want only one? Review Management is $400 a month. Getting Found is $650 a month.

This includes a website I build, because Website Care is only available on a site I built.
The parts start on their own dates. The monthly services begin after the kickoff call, and Website Care begins the day your site launches, so the first months are $1,000 and it goes to $1,150 at launch.
Monthly Campaigns
One email and text campaign a month to your customers and past leads. You approve the offer. I handle list cleanup, sending, opt-outs and appointment booking.
Website Care
Hosting, security, backups and two small changes a month. Unused changes don't roll over.
You own it.
You own your domain and renew it yourself. You own the website I build for you once it's paid in full.
I reply to every message within two business days, Monday through Thursday. It's me, not a ticket queue.
Month to month, and you can leave with it.
Monthly services are month to month. No contract, no setup fees. Cancel any time before your next billing date; nothing already charged for a started month is refunded, and no further charges are made.
Cancelling Website Care means I stop hosting and maintaining the site. Once the site is paid in full, I transfer it to an account you control, or give you a complete export of its files, at no charge. Send me a written request within 30 days of your last paid month, an email is fine, and I'll finish the handoff within 14 calendar days. Your site stays online until the handoff is finished, or 45 days after your last paid month, whichever comes first. Help beyond that handoff, like setting up new hosting, is quoted.
REFUNDS
Refunds
If you change your mind. Anything you've paid is fully refundable until the kickoff call. After that call work has started, so it isn't. That applies to the website deposit and to any project paid up front.
If I decide I'm not the right fit. A full refund of anything paid for work I haven't delivered, whenever I work that out. If I can't do work worth what you're paying, I'm not keeping your money for finding out late.
