You have a list somewhere of people who already paid you, already let you in their house, and already decided you were worth the money. Most owners have never once gone back through it on purpose. This is a one-time campaign to the people who already know you: a real offer, sent by email and text over two to three weeks, with the appointments booked and a real number at the end.
INCLUDED
What's included
- List import, cleanup, deduplication, and opt-out compliance
- An offer we build together
- A two to three week email and text sequence
- Appointments booked from the replies
- A final report with a real number: contacted, replied, booked
The cheapest customer to win back is the one you already earned.
NOT INCLUDED
What's not included
- Running it again on the same list inside twelve months
- Buying or sourcing a list
- Ongoing monthly campaigns (that's Email & Text Campaigns, inside Monthly Marketing) See Email & Text Campaigns

WHAT COMES AFTER
What comes after
Once you've seen what one campaign to your old list can do, keeping in front of your customers every month is the natural next step. That's Email & Text Campaigns, part of Monthly Marketing.
Sound like a fit?
GOOD TO KNOW
What if my list is a mess?
That's normal, and cleaning it up is part of the project. Even a rough list of past customers is worth reviving.
What if I don't have a list?
Then the website comes first, and we build the list from there. This service needs existing customers to reach. See Websites
Why isn't this a monthly subscription?
A customer list can only be revived so many times. Sold as a monthly, it would have nothing left by month four. So it's one project, with a number at the end, and then we talk about whether monthly campaigns make sense.
How fast will I see results?
This is the fast one. Two to three weeks, and you get a real number at the end, which is exactly why it's the best first project to run.
