Pricing

What it costs, before you ask.

One engagement, one price, on the page. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether you can afford the thing.

The Engagement

The Handoff Method.

90 days

$15,000 — founding rate, first three clients

$20,000 — standard, after that

The first three engagements are founding-client work. You get the rate; I get a documented case study and a reference. That's the trade, and it's the entire reason for the difference. No countdown, no launch window, no deadline invented to make you move. Three spots. When the third is signed, it's $20,000 and it stays there.

Paid in two parts. $10,000 at signing, $10,000 on day 45. Founding rate is $7,500 and $7,500.

Architecture comes first. If it shows I can't move the needle in 90 days, I'll tell you, we stop there, and the second payment never happens. You keep the map.

What's Included

What the price covers.

  • 01A documented map of how your business actually runs, with every point it depends on you named
  • 02Your highest-priority workflow rebuilt end to end: written SOP, named owner, defined handoff, escalation path
  • 03Additional priority workflows documented and sequenced for handoff
  • 04inHaus OS built and configured around how your business runs
  • 05A named owner for every process I touch
The Alternatives

Why this number.

What the other options cost, so you can put this next to them.

An operations manager $75,000 to $95,000 a year, loaded.

A fractional COO $5,000 to $8,000 a month. $15,000 to $24,000 across the same 90 days.

A template library or SOP course a few hundred dollars.

Doing it yourself free, and it's the reason you're reading this page.

The difference isn't the price. It's whether what you buy survives someone's two weeks' notice.
What Comes Next

Continuing to the next bottleneck.

Your first engagement maps all of them and solves one. The next engagement starts from that map, so Architecture is already largely done. Subsequent engagements are $15,000. New scope, new contract, same 90 days.

inHaus OS

$750 a month. Optional. Not an upsell.

inHaus OS is your operating platform: client communication, scheduling, onboarding, and follow-through running in one connected place. It's built on HighLevel, configured and branded around how your business works.

It's built during the 90 days and included in the engagement. By the time we're done, the systems we documented have somewhere to live.

Your team runs it, not me. A named person on the inside owns the day to day. I'm not your ongoing operations department.

After the engagement, it stays live for $750 a month. That's the platform, the systems configured on it, and maintenance. Founding clients keep $500 for as long as they run on it.

If you stop, you keep the work. Your documented workflows and SOPs live in a Google Drive folder in your own account, in a format your team can edit. The monthly keeps the operating platform running; it doesn't buy back the work, which is already yours.

The only thing left is whether it's a fit.

Thirty minutes. I'll name the workflow that's trapping you and tell you if inHaus is the wrong fix.
