The Handoff Method
Operations systems for founder-led service businesses. The work stuck in your head, built into systems your team can run.
The Handoff Method is the process behind everything I do: a structured way to take the work that lives in your head and turn it into systems your team can run without you.
This page walks through exactly what that involves, stage by stage, so you know what you're getting.
A Handoff engagement runs 90 days.
$15,000 for the first three clients, $20,000 after. Paid in two parts: half at signing, half on day 45. Then $750/month, or $500/month locked for founding clients, to keep inHaus OS running. That monthly platform fee is the only ongoing cost.
The principle it's built on.
Every workflow I touch gets three things it usually doesn't have: it gets documented, it gets a single named owner, and it gets a defined handoff, a clear point where the work leaves your desk and doesn't come back.
That combination is what separates a system that runs from a task that depends on someone remembering. Most operational problems aren't a tooling problem or a people problem. They're a "this only exists in one person's head" problem. The Handoff Method fixes that directly.
One engagement, one priority.
One bottleneck gets solved completely in 90 days; the rest get diagnosed and mapped in order.
A single 90-day engagement focuses on your highest-priority bottleneck, the one place that, once fixed, frees you up the most.
That focus is deliberate. Trying to fix everything at once is exactly how these efforts stall out and nothing actually changes. Most businesses have more than one bottleneck, so during the engagement I diagnose all of them, solve the priority one completely, and map the rest in order, so you know exactly what's next. When you're ready for the next one, it's a new engagement with its own scope and its own contract. Not an extension, not a retainer that quietly continues. A different problem gets a different agreement, at a $15,000 continuation rate, because the map is already built.

The three stages.
The work moves through three stages, in order — each depends on the one before it.
Diagnose where the business depends on you
- Where work gets stuck or waits on you
- What only happens when you personally do it
- What breaks the moment you're unavailable
- The decisions that always route back to you
What you get: a clear, documented picture of exactly where the business depends on you, and a decision about which bottleneck to solve in this engagement. Architecture comes first for a reason. If it shows I can't move the needle for you in 90 days, I'll tell you at the end of it, and we stop there. You're not locked into the full build to find that out. If we stop there, you keep the Architecture map and owe nothing further. The second payment never happens. I prioritize the one that frees up the most, fastest, and sequence the rest for later.
What happens to inHaus OS after day 90.
Setting up inHaus OS is part of The Handoff Method, not an add-on. By the time we're done, the systems we documented have somewhere to live.

What working together looks like.
Every step from first call to handoff — including the decision points and payments — so nothing surprises you.
You + me
A relaxed 30 minutes on where your business depends on you, and whether this is a fit. No deck, no pitch.

What exists at the end that didn't before.
Every point the business depends on you is named, so you can see what to solve first and what can wait.
$15,000 + 90 days = a business that runs without you.

At the end
A business that doesn't route everything back to you.
Documented workflows with named owners, a platform your team already uses, and a ranked map of what's next.
Talk through the handoff →- The processes that used to live in your head, now written down and followable
- A named owner for every critical workflow
- A defined handoff for each one, so work doesn't route back to you
- A platform your team runs day to day
