The work that led here.
I have spent years being the person business owners hand their hardest problems to. The tangled work: the processes nobody wrote down, the follow-up that only happened when someone remembered, the decisions that always came back to the owner because they were the only one who knew.
After enough of it, I started seeing the same pattern everywhere.
These businesses were not struggling because the owner was not working hard enough. They were struggling because too much of the business lived in one person's head. The harder the owner worked, the more the business depended on them, and the less it could grow without them.
That is the problem I decided to build a business around solving.

I find the places where a business depends on its owner: the approvals, the answers, the "just ask me" decisions. I replace them with documented systems the team can run.
I use AI where it makes the work lighter. The goal is a business that keeps working when the owner steps out of the room.

THE APPROACH
Why I do it this way.
I came to this from doing the work, inside real businesses, building systems from the inside, watching what let an owner step back and what only looked good in a slide deck.
So I do not hand you a strategy document and disappear. Strategy that sits in a drawer changes nothing. I build the systems, name who owns them, and make sure they are still running after our work together ends.
The measure of my work: I leave, and it still works.
Your expertise should shape your business. It should not be the only thing holding it up.
