Thirty minutes. One question answered.
Whether the thing trapping you is something I can fix, and whether I'm the right person to fix it.
What this call is.
I'll ask how your business actually runs and where it stops moving without you. By the end you'll have the name of the workflow most likely holding the ceiling in place, and a straight answer on whether inHaus is the right fix. That's useful whether or not you hire me, which is deliberate.
What it isn't.
No deck. No slides. No discovery framework I run you through to get to a predetermined recommendation. I won't follow up four times. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the call and tell you what I'd do instead.
What to think about beforehand.
Nothing to prepare and nothing to send. If you want the call to move faster, come with an answer to one question:
What happened the last time you tried to take a full week off?
That answer usually locates the bottleneck in about a minute.
If you've taken the Self-Check, bring the result. If you haven't, it takes 90 seconds and gives us a head start.
What happens after.
Within two business days you get a short written summary: the workflow I'd prioritize, why that one, and what a 90-day engagement would address. Yours to keep. If it's a fit, a scope and a start date. If it isn't, the summary is still yours and that's where it ends.
What it costs, so the call isn't about that.
- Engagement
- $15,000 founding rate for the first three clients. $20,000 standard after that.
- Payment
- Two parts: half at signing, half on day 45.
- inHaus OS
- $750 a month afterward, optional. Founding clients keep $500.

The only thing left is whether it's a fit.
Thirty minutes. I'll name the workflow that's trapping you and tell you if inHaus is the wrong fix.
