Inventory Reports

• A full report stating all item fixtures, fittings, decorations, a separate overview along with cleaning conditions. (AIIC Approved)

Check in/out Reports

• We meet the tenant on site to get them checked into the property whilst taking meter readings, recording the delivery of keys & testing CO2 and smoke alarms. (AIIC Approved)

• We check out the tenants from the property providing a schedule of conditions & stating liabilities as well as taking receipt of keys & present meter readings. (AIIC Approved)

Mid-term Report

• An annual report during the tenancy to state the condition of the property in accordance with the schedule of condition. (AIIC Approved)

Commercial Inventory

• A report detailing fixtures, fittings, schedule of conditions & stock.

HMO Check list 

• A compliance checklist stating that the property has the legally required items.

EPC Certificates

• Energy performance certificate is a required report that must be provided during the start of any tenancy or in the selling process of a property.
